1. Acceptance of Terms

The Platform facilitates connections between robot service providers ("Providers") and users seeking robot services ("Users"). We act solely as an intermediary and do not provide, own, or control any robots or robot services directly.

3. Liability Waiver

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• You assume all risks associated with using robot services
• You release the Platform from any claims or damages
• You accept responsibility for proper robot operation
• You understand services are provided "as-is"

4. User Responsibilities

• Verify Provider credentials and insurance
• Follow all safety protocols and instructions
• Report incidents promptly
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Comply with local laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use robots for illegal purposes
• Modify robot software or hardware without authorization
• Bypass safety features or protocols
• Share access credentials
• Misrepresent qualifications or capabilities

6. Insurance Requirements

Providers must maintain:

• Commercial general liability insurance
• Professional liability insurance
• Worker's compensation insurance
• Robot-specific coverage as applicable

7. Emergency Protocols

• Maintain emergency stop procedures
• Have evacuation plans
• Keep first aid supplies accessible
• Post emergency contact information
• Document all incidents

8. Data Privacy & Security

Users acknowledge that:

• Robot operations may collect data
• Data storage and transmission occurs
• Third parties may access data
• Security measures are not guaranteed

9. Dispute Resolution

1. Informal negotiation (30 days)
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)
